In 2020, our family lost our father to COVID. We watched our family try to navigate the senior care system from the inside. Looking for help. Trying to find people we could trust with our most vulnerable loved one.

What shocked us wasn’t the quality of care. There are incredible caregivers out there. What shocked us was how hard it was to get in contact with a reliable agency. It showed us how underprepared most agencies were to actually be there when it mattered.

That experience became the mandate for Adfelt. We built the company so no family falls through the cracks, and no agency owner burns out trying to keep their census up.
